You can get a faux 40mm look by having an extra 20mm piece laminated onto the edge around your island cabinet or at the front of your wall-hung under-bench cabinets. It is also possible to have two 20mm slabs laminated (glued) together, but aside from that the info posted is correct - caesarstone mostly comes in a 20mm thickness with a few colours in the classico range coming in a 30 mm thickness as well.
