Lovely sandy soil with no need for ground water drainage, and simple soakwells for roofs. That's the good thing about sand. My closed system takes care of the roof water and the land takes care of itself as I live only 400 metres from the beach it's all sand. Good stuff for stopping foundation movements as well.
