Does anyone roughly know the cost to usually draw up the plans? Should the cost of these plans be includued in the house price? We got DA approval, some general conditions set out in the DA approval outline about stormwater drainage and our builder is trying to hit us up with a huge fee to just draw them before we can get a construction certificate.
