Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Our New Build The Pareece *Fowler Homes*-RAIN RAIN RAIN 41Nov 23, 2011 3:21 pm With the rain coming and going and at times bucketing down over the past week, we did get some progress. I must say the plumbers did not complain about working in the rain and got the job competed only just. External stormwater and sewer plumbing. Boy did they make a mess of the slab and gound due to all the rain, but at least they were not complaining and working through the rain. http://i1082.photobucket.com/albums/j364/sno15/2011-11-22082005.jpg Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our Build Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=50638 Re: Our New Build The Pareece *Fowler Homes*-RAIN RAIN RAIN 42Nov 23, 2011 3:38 pm Frames got delivered today, they got placed onto footpath council stirp Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our Build Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=50638 Re: Our New Build The Pareece *Fowler Homes*-RAIN RAIN FRAME 43Nov 23, 2011 9:05 pm It is really pleasant surprise to see Fowler working in the ....rain! It has now been 4 weeks. Frankly, we don’t trust their time management. However, our modest dream is to get the CC in the next …week. It is raining again. Hopefully, you still have some pleasant surprise with Fowler! Yeah head office is slow in doing things, you need to keep them on their toes and follow on things. But on the construction side of things it has been really great, things have been progressing really well and our SS has been pretty good also. With all the rain about he has been co-ordinating our build pretty well and when ever he says the tradies would come or a delivery would be made he has been pretty much on the ball give or take a day sometimes. On a side notes they moved the frames off the council footpath yesterday and onto the garage slab. (wishing the rain would clear so they can erect the frames ) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our Build Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=50638 Re: Our New Build The Pareece *Fowler Homes*-Up Go the Frame 47Nov 29, 2011 1:48 pm With the skies finally clearing up and as promised from our SS the frames started to get erected today, it will be really exciting once they finish then we can get a better look of how the rooms will be. The termite guy was hard at it early this morning to have it finished before the frames guys started. Thanks a lot for inspiration on our future construction stage However, at the moment, we are with Fowler. So far, the CC is still ......away. Plus, they made amendments on our landscape plan. Then, they refused to do on our request by either reducing a number of plants or coming back the old landscape plan Re: Our New Build The Pareece *Fowler Homes*-Up Go the Frame 53Nov 30, 2011 11:40 am B&V With the skies finally clearing up and as promised from our SS the frames started to get erected today, it will be really exciting once they finish then we can get a better look of how the rooms will be.
