Just finish the frame and brickwork inspection and found some issues:
1. Storm water pipe close to hot water system
I am using a Rinnai instant hot water system and from the pic below you can see it is very close to one of the storm water pipe. I am concerned about whether the storm water pipe (connect from roof???) will have rainwater flow down to the hot water system and cause electrical issue

2. Mortar droppings to cavity
Bricker layers are lazy and did not clean up mortar droppings to the cavity, expecially mortar drops on electrical/plumbing pipes. The inspector said this may impact on the air insulation/moisture issue, is this a serious problem?

3. Wet brick area
I identified there is a wet brick area. I am guessing it may because brick under windows are done first and after couple of days rain brick work start again to finish off. Rainwater in lower course brick did not have sufficient time to dry out and then new brick laid on top, am I correct?

4. Strange sewerage points
Those sewerage points are at alfresco area and because my block is a level brick, aflresco concrete should bury those sewerage points. However, I do not understand why sewerage points are there as all the toliet bathroom and laundry room are at the other side of house.
