Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 14, 2011 6:35 pm Just wondering if anyone has built a home on a project management basis with a builder. Thinking about going that route but was wondering how it has worked, and how it works. Do i pay the bills as they come in and just pay a management fee to the manager or how does it work. Any feedback much appreciated.
