Is it your house? Looks like you could move in the next month or two. How exciting!
I like the pattern of your garage door. I had told my builder to use this pattern, they said it was, but they drawn differently on the elevation plan:
Do I need to confirm with them. How do you call it, the garage door with this type of pattern, does it have a special name?

Yes, we should be moving in this month.
Our sectional garage door is known as a Heritage style, with the 8 small panels across (except ours has 9 because it is wider than standard).
You may also see a lot of Ranch style doors - these are the ones with 4 panels.

Our plan design didn't have the exact door look, just make sure what you want is CLEARLY specified in your quote or contract.

mmmm.. it looks like the manual allows off stud joints, that is asking for trouble and will magnify any malaligned frames. I’m not a carpenter but Chippy might weigh…
