Has anyone experienced putting in a floating timber floor after handover from PD and then having issues fitting in the dishwasher in the dishwasher space height wise.
I am about to sign my consturction drawings and noticed that my bench top is 900mm from slab level which seems to be the standard and if I add the floorboards under the dishwasherwill their still be enough room to fit in the dishwasher PD are supplying.
I am expecting the floorboards to raise the floor level upto 20mm
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I think all benchtops are 900mm as standard. That's what ours were. We put our floating floors in after, and it was fine (our floating floor probably only added about 12mm). I would measure your dishwasher, but a lot of them have adjustable feet, and are usually only 850 - 860mm or so tall anyway. You should be fine, but husband (cabinet maker) says measure your dishwasher!

Great question about home loans and savings. You have a solid plan for your renovation funds, but you want to ensure you understand your loan and offset account details.
