Monument colourbond with black roof tiles?

I am thinking of putting monument colourbond guttering and garage door with a black roof ( Bristile Phoenix). Thoughts? Will this work?
Hi Mooks,

I have monument guttering with black roof tiles (monier Sambuca) and I think it looks great. I used a white fascia that really made a fresh clean line around the roofline. I personally felt that any colour on the fascia would ruin that line. I'm not sure that I would go a black garage door. that would be very hot to touch if the sun was on it for any period of time.

Here's a pic of my place - still under construction but the top roof tiles have been done.

Thanks for your response. Your photo makes the guttering and roof look really good together, exactly what i am after. Do the colours clash in the sunlight though?
Not that I've noticed. My son says that with the sunlight the tiles have a slightly dark blue tinge to them but I can'see it. The guttering still looks black so I think my desired effect of a sharp, clean line is still achieved.
We have black (sambucca) roof tiles and monument gutters and fasica. We also are having the monument garage doors (three of them), also have black window frames. The monument looks ok, but if I had to choose again I would ask for them to get the black guttering, I think you have to special order it now. The colour is lighter than black and a slighly green tinge to it. Heres some pics. Our house is still being built so the garage doors are not on yet. We have auto openers on the garage so not too worried about them getting hot.
