I GOT THE BATH I WANTED! We will be getting the standard access bath fitted to our lifestyle home. All you have to do is ASK! I think it is about $100 difference or something but I am so so happy!
Also finalised our bench tops and we will be getting Caesarstone Latte. SO EXCITED! Yippeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Now I can prepare my colours blog post... although I am still without a colour for our splashback! But that's ok, we can figure that out later.
I AM GETTING A DIFFERENT BATH!
Do you know the length of that bath? We building Lifestyle as well and we asked for the bath in all the displays ( the rounder deeper style) and were told by our BC that they no longer use that bath and have changed to the more square one now as they change their products to keep up with the current modern style???
We said well can't see how the square design is the new modern style, its in our current house which is 10 years old!!! This has just topped it off for us, lie after lie with PD and I have had enough. Why do they tell one person something and something different to someone else.
I would like you to respond to this Helen from PD, how can we be told this about the bath and obviously it is completely untrue????? Doesn't fit with PD apparent values and service to customers does it
Feel your frustration! Today, we've decided to forfeit our deposit and move on. So sick of being told of all the things, as a lifestyle client that I can't purchase, yet they can be used in lifestyle displays. Have been seeking answers for 3 weeks without a solution, barely a response. I feel if this is the treatment pre start, then I simply can not be confident of a successful build.
So very disappointed
