what is the difference between Cat 1 roof tiles and Cat 4 roof tile apart from the price
Same Materials, in a different shape.. and a massive markup.
did you opt for cat 1 or 4
Cat 1.. the price to Cat 4 was massive.. +5k
My body is broken.. off to maries plant farm tomorrow.
We paid $7,152 to go to cat 3 on a prestige 33 square single storey. I think cat 4 would be around 10k.
Thanks Rups...this I'm assuming is for "Traditional Cat 4" roof tiles.
I have been asking these questions as we have a new BC, who is yet to contact us, Its more than 3 weeks and no call as yet, I might have to introduce myself.

Ok update from us - Panting looks finished, and tilers have been working all weekend, I was there this morning and it looked really good, with most of the tiles down already. My BC has been on leave this week, so I'll find out what's next this week when she comes back!

Happy about that Rups, they told me at selections it was the same as the one displayed but she didn't sound too confident so was just praying they hadn't upgraded it. Love a deep bath!
Sorry can't help on the roof tile front, we went Cat 1.

Sounds exciting. When I contacted Porter Davis last year I was told they don't build in Winchelsea. They must have realised that quite a few people are building out there…
