Some good news, we’ve now got developer approval! Apparently we still need to get final drawings/engineering or some such done and there might be extra costs based on this given the façade has changed but at least we are hopefully a bit closer to actually starting construction. I’m guessing that we’re looking at about later September for construction to start but we have jumped another hurdle and are that little bit closer to the finishing line!
Goldencrumble I don’t actually know but as Nikil has said presumably you can have as many different feature walls as you want, there are probably extra costs for that but I’d imagine not that much given it’s just a different paint colour? My wife and I have got basically no interest in that sort of stuff so even if we’d had some included in a promotion we probably wouldn’t have used them!

Finished more with a square set. There is skip bins provided. Why on earth are they burying rubbish. they use the bin and dont physically stand their ,dig a hole and burry it lol i suppose when they buried our water line ( which was visable) once the house was done dirt gets thrown around and things end up under. Not to mention it was mainly tile pieces and unfortunately not all of that is going to end up in your bin. PD do a lazy job of a site clean, and dont expect a site scrape. Some of the other rooms may have different dimensions as well.
