


I recommend to do the tender. The contract is usually 2 weeks after and then you need to pay anyway. if you do the tender then at contract you pay less... at the end of the month you'll end up with the same amount in your bank account anyway so why not just do the tender? The tender allows you to have a really good one on one that takes you through everything you've chosen and everything you might want to change, at tender we picked up on some mistakes they made at our WoS appointment.... You can even make some structural changes at tender, add windows, bugger doors etc. and the peace of mind when you come to sign the contract that you got everything you wanted.

Is the 3% deductible from the 5% initial deposit? If it is, then I agree with you,it's better to have tender appointment.

Yes! you will only need to pay 2% at contract if you pay 3% at tender!
