I wonder why the photos haven't been updated on the website.
That's something that annoys me about the plazaB, still no photos. I realise very similar to the plaza but still I have no real estate imagination so would love to see it.

Maybe they intentionally delay putting up the pics online so that people will drive to see it in person?

I'd believe that as I've noticed there's quite a delay with other builders too between a display opening and new photos being available online. I guess they figure if you're looking and make the effort to see a display, you're a more serious potential customer.

So has anyone else got AG pipes around the house in their plans? We are now at slab stage and I've noticed they've prepared crushed rock for it and dig a trench less than a meter from the house but we are planning to put a 1 meter concrete slab apron around the house as advised but this will just cover the AG pipes and make it completely useless. Anyone else have this issue?

These people have a quote calculator. Prices seem reasonable as well. I don't know what the workmanship is like yet but a neighbour will be using them and will look forward to seeing this

Wow, it looks bloody amazing. Very similar to the waldorf grange though. I love the coffered ceiling in the lounge. Just wish we could afford it!

great thanks, i actually saw them and looked them up on google. i guess it comes down to price.
we still dont know what we are after. always though exp agg, however now ive seen a stenciled paint that i think would add a bit more the front facade... no idea what the wear and tear is though.

Soft close are on on same cupboards, not all in our galley.
there's a large chip in one of the doors

minor however we want what we paid for, and for it be unchipped.
Looking at the make of this cabinetry i must admit how crappy some of the workmanship is.

We have noticed a few things in our visit last week of which our SS said they will be fixed. However he has now left PD and we are awaiting our new SS to call us. At what point does this get fixed, do they come back to do that when the stone comes in?

Thank you so much to whoever recommended Melway Demoliton! They have been above and beyond incredible. Our block which was sloping is now flat and the horrible old 60s brick home is gone.

We had some chips and imperfections in some of our cabinet doors in kitchen and laundry and they were all replaced before our final inspection!

Meanwhile, we finally got around to installing our ovens yesterday (we did ourselves after handover) after waiting weeks for our incorrect oven tower to be fixed (kitchen culture designed oven cavities too high to be able to be used so we had to redesign the oven tower mid-build) only to be told the top doors and middle shelf of our oven tower are crooked!!! The ovens are at least in amd can be used but we now need to wait again for it all to be straightened out....

Our BC advised she didn't know if it could be done but would find out and do it if possible. We received our plans to resign again on Thursday and the hot water system is still in the same place, we raised that at contract we requested it be moved and she "doesn't remember" and therefore is trying to charge us a $500 admin fee. Um hell no! We do not feel it's appropriate we pay for this girls incompetence! And it's just another in a long line of screw ups on her behalf. Has anyone gone through this and can advise? We have asked her for her managers details 7 times by email now as she is useless and we want to deal with someone else but she simply ignores us.

Call their customer service. 1300/1800 number. Ask to change the BC.

I add walls and double sliding doors to mine with PD, it pnly cost less than $1000

I've heard of this happening. We email our BC all our requests so we have it in writing. At contract anything that needed changing I got her to type into a document and I got a copy of it so everything had a paper trail. They do forget quite a few things as they are working on 60-70 houses each.

Hope you can change BC but many others are rushed and time poor too.

I'd definitely be fighting the $500 admin fee. Ridiculous.
