Lol) Woodies are you in a fibre estate? If you are the aerial runs through the fibre and won't work until the fibre is connected into the garage. Kitchen sink is either just aeration or water sitting in pipes for a bit. They need to connect the fibre cable that's at the side of the house (hopefully pd pulled it through from the road) into a box in the garage (Comms box) and then you can get tv. Then it takes a few days after that for the Internet and phone to start working. We are getting ours done with Telstra on Friday and won't have Internet or phone until Wednesday night. There was only a handful and none of them matched my other selections. We weren't told there were even standard colours for walls in our apt - the consultant suggested one that we didn't like, then pulled out the entire wattyl colour swatch and suggested a couple from there. We're getting Winter Mushroom on all our walls - this is considered a white, but not sure if it's part of their 'standard range' as these words were not mentioned at all.... Wow that is terrible about the insurance! I guess ideally proof of insurance should be provided prior to first deposit but I'd imagine they would refuse to be out of… 17 9749 There isn't any need to.
