Thanks for sharing information I'm not dojrude but we used Darbecca, only one stage in but have been very impressed with them thus far - both organisation and the level of detail provided. We picked them based on all the other positive reviews I'd read in this thread. Maybe try one of the other builder threads? I found a blog of another Balmain facaded Rochford before tender and we were both happy with how it looked, so decided to stay standard and put the money towards internal upgrades instead. https://buildingthedreamhome.wordpress.com/ We can always re-evaluate down the track if we want to and add render or tiles at a later time. We've only gone with the standard amount of render provided with the Balmain facade. Are you talking about removing the default render and getting a credit for that?
