Question for those who've paid lock up invoice.
PD's procedure of purchase says that Lock up is complete when Roof and brick work completed, Plumbing rough in, all electrical, ducted vacuum, security, heating/cooling rough in.
In our case they haven't done electrical, ducted vacuum or our security system. Would you pay lock up invoice?

There's enough missing to warrant asking the question. Although, all of those things missing can be done in one day, and it's not like they're not going to do it either.
See when those jobs are scheduled. If it's this week, I'd pay the invoice. If it's not yet booked, maybe indicate that you'd like to get an install date and then you will happily send the invoice to the bank...?
Our lockup invoice was received the day after the brickies were done, but everything was complete aside from the bi-fold doors (pretty important to achieve "lockup") but they did tell us it would happen about a week later, and it did! We paid the invoice when we got it
