Hi tcorn, It included cut & fill, Slab Upgrade to P, Concrete piering, upgrade stormwater & agri drain. That's pretty much the lot. Do you have to do a lot of retaining wall? Because retaining wall alone can cost you $20k+ __________________________________________ Built Camberwell 29 with PD - Hand Over was on 22/12/10 http://ssazcamberwell29.blogspot.com/ Re: Porter Davis homes 1710May 05, 2011 8:36 pm Hey guys, I have a question.. Did you guys have your external door furniture (eg front door handles) installed at lockup and then found that these were damaged? Ours were put on when the doors went on and we now find that the front door set has black acid stains (from the brick cleaners) and the laundry door set is starting to rust. Has anyone else experienced this and had them replaced without question? The huge cost seemed to be the concrete piering and I just don't really understand that if we both needed them how come ours is so much more?? They didn't show us any drawings for the piering. Did you get those? I'm sure I will get used to the idea, its just put us way over budget and I'm not sure if we should scale back a bit. We put an extra room and huge corner alfresco onto the Camberwell 29 so its huge and beautiful but expensive! I got the drawing for the piering when they send me the final construction drawings to be signed, that's how I found out how many & what sort of piering they did. I was going to put the grand alfresco but was told it would push our site cost a lot higher, in the end we went for a smaller one. __________________________________________ Built Camberwell 29 with PD - Hand Over was on 22/12/10 http://ssazcamberwell29.blogspot.com/ Re: Porter Davis homes 1719May 06, 2011 10:56 am ![]() Hey guys, I have a question.. If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend contacting your Customer Care Administrator or Site Supervisor to discuss this & get their advice. Perhaps you can put this in writing and include some pictures so that they understand the issue fully. Let us know how you go. Cheers, Jess. Porter Davis Homes Questions?
