Thanks. you have 2 potential problems. the insulation and the uprights in the way. please find a photo from our kitchen wall insulated before plaster as you see theres no room for anything in there. I am building a single storey house with the hope of saving some coin by doing electricals later on. Looks amazing. I was told at my WOS that PD wont do tiling for Alfresco and Porch . Only to Terrace area though. Only to Terrace area though. We got Simplicity Dark Grey to Balcony and Terrace at no extra cost and Simplicity Nero to Porch for $638. They asked if we wanted Alfresco at an extra cost but we declined and will have decking instead. I suggest ringing the main office and asking to speak to someone higher up. Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 12337 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74702 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending.
