I know we have got heating included and we added a couple of extra heating points in the bathrooms but no idea I the system PD give us is any good? Thanks in advance cheers Josh Have you actually asked PD? No, hence why I'm asking here first. Thought I would get people who have actually built/living in their new homes opinions of their heating. Anyone? Cheers Re: Porter Davis homes 9937Jul 08, 2014 12:35 am Joshcunno tlblhayward Joshcunno Can anyone comment on how good / what is the standard hearing that comes with a single storey access home? Thanks in advance cheers Josh Hi Josh, I'm not building the access range but it is probably the same in that they throw in the basic Brivis model for you. To upgrade to the high efficiency model was an extra ~$1000. So even if the base model was sufficient for you, you may want to consider upgrading to the high efficiency model as the energy saving means you could easily get my money back in energy bill savings within 2 years and it would also much quieter to run.
