Not sure anymore...
That's what attracted me to building with Porter Davis too. Most issues do get attended to, but they are usually the easy to fix problems. When it's a major problem that will take more than a few thousand $$$ to fix, they won't want to touch it. And especially when the only invoice you have left to pay is the final invoice, they really don't seem to care anymore.
One of the main problems with Porter Davis' business structure is the segregation between between the business team and the building team. The building team will always build your home inline with your latest approved drawings. So if the business team stuffs that up, you're stuck.
Our Sales consultant is great, he continues to be supportive of our issue, but unfortunately to get the ball rolling on this one is way beyond his reach.

I'm not an officer of the courts, but if PD are relying on inconsistency between documents as a defence, and they were the author of those documents... they have a very weak argument.
You can find all the supporting documentation on my blog. If you check the first entry I've ever made on my blog, you can see the draft drawings we had initially accepted (we also have a signed copy in our folders), this is of the correct kitchen layout. You can also see that compared to the latest drawings I posted on the 14th of June, the kitchen layout is inconsistent with our originals.
All I can say is, get out while you can!
