Met up with the SS today, they should have their inspector go through the house next Friday (30th of May) so I think we are almost there!

My quote tells me I can only have ducts to the first floor but all of the PD display homes have the same system we're getting and have both heating and cooling on the ground floor. Little confused! Arrr the lovely valuation..... Prepare for the worst and hope for the best! Our place got valued like 15K under so had to come up with more deposit or pay mortgage insurance! So frustrating when you can't do anything about it and the valuation does not take into account te value add options you put into the house!
