I am interested to hear what other people's percentage price increase above the base price including variations has been (exlcuding landscaping) ANy other words what percentage have you/ will you have to spend to get the house you want. I know there are lots of variables here depending on what state, choice of builder slope of land etc. I'll tell you mine We are 60% over base price and havent laid the slab as yet.
