No doubt the official regs are in the contract, solicitor still has it (it's the size of a phone book!!) The sales guys are suggesting $1k pa. Hope this helps. Got a life, just can't find it! Driveway was part of build package so that's in. Used Steve Hood for fencing, worked out $70?/mtr. (1.8mtr lapped & capped treated pine) Steve does a lot of the fences around here.
