I got 2 good recommended companies but they are busy, I can't use them now as they have to catch up schedules with their ongoing clients . It seems long rain has made everyone behind their schedule! Re: Our First Build! Pictures inside! *Fowler Build* 102Mar 07, 2012 9:41 am Oh the person we had was just a local guy from Campbelltown area I think my fiance got his details from the paper maybe? Well I've already staked out the "home office" as my cake decorating room so that should be fun to decorate! Wow really REALLY can't wait to get in now. Everything is taking super long and the builders dont seem to want to share a estimated completion date. Were past 8 months now and internals haven't started. www.tinas-cakery.com Building a Monte Carlo with Fowler Homes. Lets hope so really don't want to have to kick and scream through this. I have also been hearing about the complaints of the delays, I really hope for there sake they don't complete there new homeworld displays before they complete customers work. www.tinas-cakery.com Building a Monte Carlo with Fowler Homes. We are thinking of using the same ones for our house My very first blog http://benham33.blogspot.com.au/ Re: Our First Build! *Fowler Build* Scaffolding is off! 116Apr 10, 2012 8:18 am Hi Tarsha, Yeah were super happy with the bricks! There nice and dark and strong colour. So the roof at the back and side have finally been completed, and today is suppose to be the electrical roughin and Thursday is suppose to be insulation then gyprock "there after". Lets hope this all goes to plan as the last time we asked for a completion date we were told they were aiming for late July. We would put us at about a 13 month build www.tinas-cakery.com Building a Monte Carlo with Fowler Homes. Um they are blaming the retaining wall and weather. But there was a period where there was just no one on site for long periods of time so were not very happy, we have brought up the fact there is only 240 days or whatever it is in contract to complete the build but I think they might get out of that with rain days and excuses www.tinas-cakery.com Building a Monte Carlo with Fowler Homes.
