I brought a PI to my Practical Completion Inspection which made my SS reschedule it. (So that he won't have to face my PI) He asked me to send him the report and then go from there. When I did, he said he wouldn't go through it prior to the actual CPI unless I chose it as my final list of defect (Pretty much coercing...) So I ended up bringing my PI to the final inspection. That went really well. Depending on your SS, if he talks you out of the defects. Try contact your PI and get him on board. From my experience, SS came from one trade and doesn't really know the whole lot. He was very modest in front of my PI. PI can help you argue that it does indeed require rectification. In the worst case scenario, my PI has been to court to testify for homeowners. Guess it all comes down to how serious the defects are. Good luck!!! you need a fridgie to answer but I would think you vac the whole system then add gas if you have a leak, unless it is new install with the gas already loaded, in that case… 1 3657 you need to understand the breakdown of warranties. 90 warranty is considered as minor defects rectification period where as the longer ones are more major/structural… 1 5340 The significant date is when receive final payment invoice Check that section of contract Bit of fluff by builders prior to that 1 15951 |
