Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 02, 2011 3:58 pm Hey guy's Got the results from our soil test in south village of Mernda Villages estate and it came back as 'P' Not sure why that is (it had been raining heavily prior) and what it means but the builder (Henley) seem to think it is not a big issue as they told me they would engineer our slab based on the soil test results. From the research I have done a P class block of land is only an issue to owner from a site cost's point of view, luckily I have fixed site cost's so that won't be an issue for me. Has anyone in South Village got their soil test results, would like to hear other people's results if you don't mind sharing. Has anyone in MV built on a P graded block?? Any issues with the build???
