We done colour selection on the 8th September and still havent heard back from Coral with prices on changes..!! It took about 4/5 weeks, only because we went past our approvals date and they had to work out how much extra they were going to charge us ...sigh. How long ago did you get all your approvals? As for the colour selections, I think I received the variation within a few weeks. --------------------- Sent from my mobile device so please excuse my typing missed cakes. ~ trying to build our dream home by the sea ~ Re: Coral Builders come on in for a chat! 189Oct 15, 2011 8:55 am We got our council approval on the 27th September. We have found a few paint defects that weren't picked up in PCI. Our painters were quite rough. It was really the only contractors that we were not entirely happy with. In saying that, they are defects that aren't immediately obvious and only we know are there. The worst is a couple of paint runs on our bedroom door. Coral Builders come on in for a chat! 192Oct 17, 2011 8:29 pm I think that is what we'll find too, once we get a chance to sit back and enjoy it all, little things will stand out. We'll just keep a list for 6 month fix. --------------------- Sent from my mobile device so please excuse my typing missed cakes. ~ trying to build our dream home by the sea ~ Re: Coral Builders come on in for a chat! 193Oct 18, 2011 8:54 am Where are your latest pics?? Fantastic!! Hurry up with the pics!!! Re: Coral Builders come on in for a chat! 199Oct 20, 2011 10:54 pm Oh it feels great to have those keys Have so much crammed in for the next week ... fence, driveway/paths/patio flooring, patio itself, internal flooring, security screens and doors, turf and in amongst all of that we have to move and clean the rental. Pictures on the week-end after I've given the place a really good clean - not that the builders cleaner didn't, she did a great job, just the wind and tradies in after her that have bought dirt into the house. ~ trying to build our dream home by the sea ~ Re: Coral Builders come on in for a chat! 200Oct 21, 2011 6:49 am ESB Oh it feels great to have those keys Have so much crammed in for the next week ... fence, driveway/paths/patio flooring, patio itself, internal flooring, security screens and doors, turf and in amongst all of that we have to move and clean the rental.
