We are looking to build a 4bedroom in the South East VIC. Have looked at a few display homes around the Cranbourne area, but we seem to find something not right in each design (probabaly being over picky since it's our first home!). Ofcourse the displays we've seen are of BIG builders (PD, Places, Metricon etc). All of them allow very little customisation
Anyone here who could help/suggest names of medium sized builders that are flexible with customisation (+ve reputation) would be of GREAT help. Since we are new to Melbourne, we aren't quite well-versed about what types of builders there are to choose from. Any help in regards to what there is to choose from?

Thanks Linnibea & ourlindrum52!! Will definitely look 'em up
Have you'll used either of builders mentioned???
My biggest worry is the finish/ long-lasting quality that will be used by these small builders, that makes it risky...specially to someone that knows minimal
Thanks for your help!!!

Rawdon Hill homes have some lovely homes have been through their dispays, I really like Hermitage homes, they will modify their homes, the first one in Burnley Gardens in Berwick is my favourite.

we are about to start building with premier now. Has taken a lot longer that we would have liked but thats not completely premiers fault. Quality is great and price is pretty good too. We have gone with a classic style home but they have modern too.

I have a completely custom build that I'll be doing with Bafto Homes lynbrook in few months. His drafting skills are excellent and his prices are very reasonable.

I would agree to you on that. Interestingly Inspired came cheaper than Arden for the same plan. May be because of standard inclusion level.
