There are two type applications: one is DA which costs about $200, another is DA and CC which costs more than $1000. What is the difference of these two? In our case, which one should we go for? B STAR, some councils require it for 600mm and above and sometimes it depends on the location of the wall in relation to other things like neighboring foundation etc... But yes normally less than 1000mm is classed as landscaping.
