They used a modular house and it looked good. Total build cost was over 2 million but I assume that included land. The design wasted the ocean views and it sounded like the architects built what they wanted. The modules were built in Melbourne so it had to trucked in sections - seemed a big risk to transport so far in all weather. I always imagine actually more dream, of having one in the country amongst rolling hills.
