Things have been going pretty well, a few dumb mistakes have been made which the builder has fixed pretty quickly, but on the whole we are happy. If you requested the raw timber in your contract and it is stated then they have to do so otherwise it is a breach of contract. If it is not stated anywhere which type of timber I would suggest contact HO and request answers. You should still be able to have your requested timber either way. Also remember to have the communication in writing (either email or jot down dates, times and dot point conversation) for future reference. In a nut shell, contact HO and ask to speak to a customer service liason or contracts advisor or similar and demand answers but have your information correct 1st. good luck! yep you need a joint, foam is easiest, will look fine once rendered with a joint. 2 5333 Hi, have purchased a house with 2 single garage doors.
