The off white section was done 3 weeks prior to the freshly laid 'wet' mortar. There is (was) a huge difference. WOW..there is a huge difference. I feel alot better now. I'll keep my eye on it and hopefully I start seeing a change in the next week or so. I guess it doesnt help with the damp weather. They using concrete or timber sleepers? Timber or steel uprights?
