All went to plan and we have been so busy since, finishing the house for our move in date of 1/7. Since we got the house: we have removed and painted all skirting boards bamboo floors are about 70% complete (ETA Wednesday) carpet is in concrete mailbox painted twice in render colour towel rails, toilet roll holders installed 2 x sofas delivered 2 x pieces of art delivered 1 x new bed delivered window coverings are done all wardrobes fitted out Telstra have fitted off the Fibre ont fence posts are in (weather has prevented railing and paling) Leanne & I have moved and unpacked about 25 boxes of stuff that have been stored Scheduled from now until moving day: skirting boards to be re-fitted floating shelves in Family Room and Pantry all appliances (HWS, heat / cool, kitchen, DV) fixups (laundry tub, flyscreens, mortice roller, 2 x mortar blowouts, electricals) fences baby furniture delivery 1 x sofa delivery Scheduled for after moving day: concrete (bumped from this week due to weather) turf rest of landscaping decking (one day!!) Loving the house... it's awesome to have access to it whenever we want (which takes a little getting used to). Just need to get thru the next few weeks... The rain is causing us some delays with fences / concrete but you can't help that.
