LOL Cheers Mel Building on 9 acres Re: Our house on the hill - SA 42Jul 11, 2012 6:31 am Yep, and if you don't know who it is...it's you ( but you now, so all good!) You have to copy and paste the 4 th/ last/ bottom box that says IMG only That is the only one that will then display the photos in all their glory Re: Our house on the hill - SA 43Jul 11, 2012 1:50 pm Thanks Kiwi I,ll try that Well the builders are up there again today.......the man has been to spray his white ant stuff and they are now doing the mesh etc. Fingers crossed they might be able to pour the slab tomorrow! Cheers Mel Building on 9 acres Re: Our house on the hill - SA 46Jul 11, 2012 8:01 pm Melanie02- I edited your first plans link. Have you tried putting your cursor on the IMG code then right clicking your mouse/touchpad? That should copy the link and then the next time you right click should be on your post in here to paste the link. Love the plan and the view! Very envious, looks beautiful So you did decide to go ahead with the pool then? We planned to put a pool in when we bought our block but with the last two summers being a bit cooler than usual I am rethinking https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43937&start=0 Bought a block in Golden Grove - Jan 2011 Finally finished our design, Mar 2012, *yay* Signed with ADH council consent June 12 Re: Our house on the hill - SA 50Jul 11, 2012 9:08 pm Hi Dreamcometrue Yes we,ve decided to get the pool.....we got a quote a week or so ago and it was a lot better than we thought We are having a fibreglass pool, but one that is actually poured on site which means that you can have any shape that you want....my DH wants it a bit deeper so that you can dive in safely.....we are looking at one that is about 11m x 4.5m....our builder is ok with us getting the pool put in around Oct/Nov as it shouldn,t interfere with the build as they should be inside by then Our summers have been pretty hot and the kids will swim no matter what the weather,so hopefully we won,t regret it Cheers Mel Building on 9 acres Re: Our house on the hill - SA 51Jul 17, 2012 4:45 pm We,ve been slabbed They are still up there screeding it off now....... The weather was perfect for it......sunny with a slight breeze We were a bit worried about the cement trucks getting up the driveway because we,ve had soooooo much rain, but it held up ok and they didn,t have any trouble There were 19 truckloads We were talking to the builder and he said that they are hoping to start the frame next week! It,s so exciting and it,s great that we can just walk up the paddock and check out the progress!
