Excavation started in october. Today they are half done with tiling to wet areas. Can't wait anymore lol! How did you find the issue, through private inspector? The people doing the eaves found the problem when they did the eaves and ss informed us. I'm not at construction stage yet but even going from Sales to Tender, nothing was passed over and we had to re-explain all our changes again! Just finished colour selections and the final consolidated selections sheet they sent has a lot of issues! Our house is not the first built and we have not changed much in design from the display house still people can't get it right. .. I don't know how other builders are. .. Might wanna upgrade during construction if the cost differential with what post-construction might cost isn't huge? Have you managed to get a quote yet? Ours had the same issue & it's pretty frustrating having to check the drafting team work every single time! They keep missing out minute details that been discussed during Colours & tender - worst is when it has been rectified & signed then the next addition/change the same item was left out again, especially in the final construction plan. We have finally signed off everything last week & the file shall be passed over to construction once we hear back from the bank on the financing approval.
