wow.. your upgrade for the tiles is considered cheap, but the rest are expensive.
My tile upgrade cost me about 15K.
You must have chosen rectified tiles, they're expensive. We just chose cheapest 600x600
The rest does seem expensive but I had external quotes that we gave to our lender. Looking at these, we got more stuff than we would've got if done after handover so just decided to do it with them and have everything ready when we move in.
I only upgrade to 600x600 standard porcelain tiles for the entire ground floor that cost approx. 10K.
The other 5K is full height tiles standard 30x45 to all 3 bathrooms.
