We chose them as they have the floor plan that includes everything we want, Killara 28. Their online reviews are much better than most of the builders and their customers service has been good at any display centre we visited so far (pretty much all of NSW). This thread has 17k posts and it will be hard to read all. I've skimmed though and overall feedback seems to be positive. Just a quick question who is or has built with Clarendon, would choose them again to build your next house? Would love to share the store if we actually go ahead with them. Have a great afternoon.
