All the management like to try and ignore the issues or palm them off to someone else to deal with...no one likes to take any responsibility or provide any form of customer service that would be remotely decent...their whole company is about profit and not much else in way of quality...

Ours CSC has a serious attitude problem - have had her on speaker phone several times so that coworkers can hear the way she speaks to me as a customer - Rude and constantly talks over me...barely let's me finish a sentence
