Bath and toilets are all in. So much stuff to fix up though. Heaps of painting, gyprock, timber work. No shelves in pantry or any cupboards yet. I guess I am paying a premium to do that /quote] We hot Clarendon to do downlights, but didn't put as many as they said, we almost halved what they recommended. (We did a a lot of research and electrician friends said it was an over kill the amount they were putting in each room) That saved us a bundle. And we also wanted lamps in the living areas, I have some nice ones for when we move in. Oh and the downlights are dimmable, so getting an electrian to change switches to the dimmable ones after handover. Building a Modified Madison 37. Hi Leese, do you recall how many down lights you needed in the rooms? We have our electrical appointment this week and we don't need as many as they say it would help to reduce costs.
