Still some rooms we haven't finished with. Rumpus is basically a dumping ground. Next thing to do is the gardens. Turf has been down since not long after we moved in so that is pretty well established and still nice and green Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15491Jul 12, 2016 5:59 am bmitchel Been a while since I posted anything. We are still unpacking too - though I started in our dumping ground of the playroom on the weekend... Only 3 boxes to go in there now! Grass would be awesome! I'm looking forward to when we have a bit less mud. Did you do the grass yourself? I didn't mess around really when we got the keys it was pretty much same day digging out the driveway and then pouring I think the next day. Fence shortly after that then the same people that did the driveway did turf for us. Lots of houses near us that have had people in longer still have no turf down. What ended up happening with your bricks in the end?? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15495Jul 12, 2016 12:11 pm Has anyone had the NBN connected to the house before handover? We have and neither my wife or I organized it Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15496Jul 12, 2016 8:19 pm Spart 8 weeks and still only gave maybe 3/4 of our bricks completed. 8 weeks since they laid their first brick! I think I might scream. Hey Sparta. Our bricks went on forever too. Are they still doing stuff on the inside in the mean time. Our brick eventually caught up with the rest of the house Building a Fairmont 34 with modifications Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15497Jul 12, 2016 8:22 pm debba_p Spart 8 weeks and still only gave maybe 3/4 of our bricks completed. 8 weeks since they laid their first brick! We are week 24 and don't even have bricks finished. I'm glad that my story is a minority and most people here are having better builds! I thought when they started on one side they will continue but no, after two weeks nothing happened. The one's on the Marsden Park area are their top priority according to the brickie coming from our SS. Probably we are just a number to them...we even recommended them to our friend which they signed up as well. But now that will be the first and last recommendation. the stair balustrades? There is nothing special about these and I imagine literally every stair installer will be able to do this. 1 6731 The two 15mm holes are obviously not compliant.
