Have they put your bath in yet and fitted out your cupboards?
I don't know. I don't believe so. Tiling would of been completed (in wet areas) yesterday or the day before. Painting should of started. I'm not sure I really care given they have installed the garage door and have started painting etc. I should probably lookup and see what is required to check it off I guess.
According to the HIA Contract:
'Fixing stage' means the stage when all internal lining, architraves, cornice, skirting, doors to rooms, shower trays, wet area tiling, built-in cabinets (excluding shelves) and built-in cupboards (excluding shelves) of a building are fitted and fixed in position.
Doesn't mention bath. built-in cabinets are done. built-in cupboards, I assume in rooms are "in" technically, but no shelves yet, but aren't required to be according to this. Same as no shelves in WIL yet. doors, tiling is done along with cornice, architraves, skirting etc etc. shower trays there is none, since its just tiles.
