Our bricks started early December, stopped the wc 21/12, started again on the 4/12 and still aren't finished at least cladding and eaves appear to be happening as planned and plastering starts on Monday Building a Madison 38 w/ Oxfard Facade. Unsure if with your facade (gallery isn't it?) whether you have a lower roof that is non-tile over part of the garage and front room. Our bricks started on 16/12 and stopped on 23/12. Scaffold went up start of this week for the to level and was wrapped on Wednesday. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 12716Jan 15, 2016 4:08 pm bmitchel MinandB Which house are you building again? I was wondering if anyone has made a "countdown sheet" with stages the kids can tick off towards completion. I have tried but don't know the exact order. So far I have; demo start, land ready, file to construction, Clarendon on site, pegging, concrete, framework, bricks delivered, bricks finshed, roof on... then I get stuck. Thanks Building a Modified Madison 37. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 12719Jan 16, 2016 8:43 am leese Hi all, our demo starts Monday - so it is all starting now!!!
