Oh now I am worried - is the carpet/ laminating of all floor areas included... I am sure I remember the salesman saying so, but can not find it written anywhere....?!?!? HELP oh knowledgeable ones!! Im 99% sure it's Parador. They had a small sample booklet in the display home when we went in the other week. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8876Jun 28, 2015 7:58 pm PennoDream firsttimer05 Penno, what air con unit did you get? Toshiba - upgraded because it was the quietest one they had Thanks Penno. We chose the 16kw 3 phase Toshiba system. What system did you get and how have you found it? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8877Jun 28, 2015 8:24 pm DG85 Where are u up to in ur build Cheryl? How have u found sc? cheryl_2105 DG85 Is anyone's site supervisor SC? I think he takes houses mainly in Sydney's North / northern beaches Yeah, we do. Problems? Mmmm... Well we are 10 months into our build, so things didn't happen quickly. Wasn't all the fault of SC, as we had a detention put that was built by Clarendon that they subcontracted out before the slab went down. But SC is not great at communicating, I talk to him once a week for about 2mins max and he makes it seem like it is such a pain to keep me updated. His view and ideal situation would be that I go away and wait to be given the keys. We have kitchen, tiling done, painting just started. But quality wise, I'm very happy. All the trades that work with him have been great and very thorough. He also told all of them I was getting independent inspections, so to make sure they did it right first go!
