Our eaves on the second story have been painted and so have the top of the downpipes however the scaffolding was supposed to be removed today and nothing. Just annoying really, they can't do any more work until they remove it. Before Xmas they still need to do roof on family room and garage - this includes trusses, roof, eaves, gutters etc. If this isn't don't before Xmas I'm going to freak. The last 3 weeks have moved so slowly, I suppose I just want to get in. Plus paying $800 a week rent and seeing nothing happening in the week is really annoying. Rant over - I feel better now. I recieved my kitchen quote from the kitchen place and sent back what I didn't want and did want. I then recieved a revised quote with all my upgrades. Now as I was going through it I realised they charged me the standard price for 9 pot draws that we wanted but left in the upgrade for soft close draws. Now I quickly signed it and returned it. Now can they not supply the soft close draws even though I've signed it??? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 3498Dec 11, 2014 3:24 pm I believe there will be a correction/amendment later on before you go to final contract price where they will pick this up.
