Looks like you can go for some nice walks in the area behind where you are building. Re: Custom Build @ The Summit, Mt Barker - fence & septic do 42Jun 28, 2011 8:42 pm I agree, your fence looks great! I love the timber posts, it kind of fits in with the surrounding area with all the trees etc. I bet it's exciting walking through all the rooms now that the frame is up Building our custom design "Dream Home" Follow my Build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=46820 Contract Signed - 28/04/11 Siteworks Commenced - 20/06/11 Re: Custom Build @ The Summit, Mt Barker - fence & septic do 43Jun 28, 2011 9:33 pm SOOOOO exciting - it made it clear that our bed WILL actually fit in our bedroom...and we dont have a super king sized mummajumma bed either, the room just looked tiny as a slab! Roof part of the frame almost complete - I look forward to see it tomorrow, hopefully it is a complete frame. I asked for an update and he said the plumber is doing first fix next week, the roof will go on, the bricking will be complete AND they will probably start gyprocking on friday CAN'T BELEIVE IT! I wont get too excited in case it doesn't all happen but ...what the? We only had a slab 4 weeks ago. The SS told me that things will slow down significantly after lock up, but even so...how ridiculous is my build?!?!?! Can you tell Im trying not to go mental?! Really really happy! So bricks are nearly complete, I guess roof will go on next week IF the weather is not rainy! the front of the house IS complete!
