Can you remember what colour the tiles around the spa and on the floor are? Thankyou! From memory it is called Driftsand. The floor is matte and the walls are gloss - I was worried i would regret not going white but I really love it! Now I just hope that the insurance comes thru'in time, the bank inspection happens and i can get the bank cheque! ALERT ALL HOME ONE-ERS! Leave plenty of time between getting your insurance and your handover date - maybe 2 weeks - I only got insurance today and now it's a bit of a worry... Now I have to sit down and work out where all the furniture is going! What a fun job! Re: Re: Custom Build @ The Summit, Mt Barker-PC1/handover bo 143Sep 22, 2011 10:02 pm HillsCass Looks fabulous!!! So how did pci go? Can't wait for more pics Thanks! It went well. Just a few paint chips to fill, and appliances, there needs to be flashing on the top of the sliding doors and the garage door on - but looking good - I really like it! Concreting and carpeting happening next friday - I feel a bit spoilt - we waited 6 years before we got a driveway in our first house and we did the paths ourselves - this time it will all be done for us - it feels real good! Re: Custom Build @ The Summit, Mt Barker-moved in! pics p8! 160Nov 06, 2011 10:14 pm noelz what a beautiful home! love the dining suite and lampshade I'm not too good with interior decorating in regard to the blinds, the only thing I thought of was that the darker one on the right might give a bit of contrast and texture and looks like a similar colour to the lounge suite. Although if you upgrade the suite one day you might have to change the blind too just looked at it again and maybe the texture on the blind would clash with the pattern on the lounge suite I did say I'm not very good at this https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43937&start=0 Bought a block in Golden Grove - Jan 2011 Finally finished our design, Mar 2012, *yay* Signed with ADH council consent June 12 Joe, it depends on your certifier but we are noticing the ones we deal with are really cracking down.
