Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 24, 2011 7:07 pm Hi I have been driving around estates trying to narrow down my roof colour. I spied this roof (display home) but the builder did not know what colour the roof was (!!!!). Can someone help me out by identifying the colour? Thanks http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c64/venessa_leigh/018.jpg Re: what colour colorbond roof is this please? 4May 24, 2011 7:54 pm and just to confuse things... I think it's woodland grey! Very bright in that pic, lots of sun. The windows look w/grey as well. We have w/grey gutters and windows and they look like that in full sun. Re: what colour colorbond roof is this please? 7May 24, 2011 8:32 pm Tricky one with the lighting, but I'm going to go with Windspray - if you look at the front projections, they would most likely be the matched to the roof, which makes me think it's lighter than Ironstone. And Woodland Grey has green undertones which the roof/projections doesn't seem to have. Can you ring the builder and see if they'll tell you? Or drop into the display and see if the rep will help? Unlikely, but worth trying Your house roof does not show rusting other than some surface rust on the flashings. In my opinion you dont need to replace or paint the roof other than treat surface rust… 1 10213 You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 18573 Thank you so much. We ended going with the terrain that’s part of our brick. 2 2539 |
