Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 23, 2011 4:29 pm I've just received a bill from the builder to pay for the frame stage within 5 days. Are we liable to pay them within this time frame, even if the job hasn't been completed yet? At this stage the ground floor is near completion, so still have the top floor and the roof to go. Just wondering if we will be charged penalty interest for holding off payment until the frame is complete.
