Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 20, 2011 1:00 pm Our build has been going along really well to date, we had the roof timbers completed earlier this week (Tuesday) and I was hoping that the tiles would be on before the rain started. As all the Perthites would know our much needed rain has come along this week. One week to early for us we now have a very wet house and will probably have delays because everything is drenched. When I can sort out how to attach our plan I will do it for any input from the forumn users. Block 05/10; NEW BUILDER 23/11/10; Work draw 22/12/10; 2 Shire 17/01/11; PreStart 7/2, Council approval 11/2, 3/3 sign again, Slab 29/03, Bricks 29/4; Roof on 16/05. Plasterer 20/06. Lock up 22/06.
